Quest Information
Quests are available to all players at level 30 and above. Your level determines how many active quests you can
have at any one time.
Level 30.....1 Max Active Quests
Level 50.....2 Max Active Quests
Level 100....3 Max Active Quests
Level 150....4 Max Active Quests
Level 200....5 Max Active Quests
New quests are available every 20 hours.
You do NOT have to finish one quest before moving on to the next.
If the quest you are assigned requires you to have a facility you do not own, (and don't wish to purchase) you may use the employee Lifeline to get some things from other peoples facilities but if it's the FINAL step of your Quest (either "make" or "load"), you MUST own the facility yourself to complete the quest. You can tell what facilities you will need for your quest by clicking on the step where you make that product, (or in the case of Loading quests, what facility you'll need to own to "load" a finished product into) so you should CHECK before you start to make sure you'll be able to finish each quest. If you don't own the facility for that last step, don't even START the quest...just wait 20 hours and you'll get a new quest. Don't waste your Lifeline if you don't own that last facility (unless you're willing to buy it)

If you start a quest you can't finish, you will have to let it expire, but this will not prevent you from getting a new quest assigned to you when the next one is due. Quests are assigned every 20 hours.
When you get to steps that require you to make them in a facility, it doesn't matter if you start one batch, 30 or "start all". If the quest requires you to make 1 batch, and 1 batch takes 6 hours, that's how long you must wait. However, if you have the Employee or Gift Lifeline, you may be able to get these products faster IF you don't start them in your own facilities first!
Having your friends work your facilities will not speed up this process. However, if you happen to fill a facility, and then find you need to "start" a batch for a quest, having your friends work them will give you room to start more.
