JAVA...HOW TO DISABLE IN DIFFERENT BROWSERS
CHROME (AND CHROME BASED BROWSERS) In Chrome, open a second tab and in the address bar put " about:plugins ". Scroll down and find Java and click on the disable option.
FIREFOX --At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP), and then click Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.
In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the Extensions or Appearance or Plugins panel.
Select the add-on you wish to disable.
Click the Disable button.
Click Restart now if it pops up. Your tabs will be saved and restored after the restart.
To re-enable the add-on, find it in the list of Add-ons and click Enable, then restart Firefox.

1. Click "Tools" and select "Internet Options".
2. Click the "Advanced" tab on the right.
3. Under "Browsing", remove the "Enable third-party browser extensions" check box.
4. Click "OK" and close out of all instances of Internet Explorer.
5. Relaunch Internet Explorer.

2. Select "Start", "Settings", then click "Control Panel".
3. Double-click on "Internet Options".
4. Select the "Advanced" tab.
5. Under "Browsing", remove the "Enable third-party internet browser extensions" check box.
6. Relaunch the Internet Explorer internet browser.

5. Double-click "Internet Options".
6. Select the "Advanced" tab.
