Cherry Picking
_First what is cherry picking? In simple terms, it's agreeing to work, and then only doing the jobs you want to do, or only doing the crops/trees/flowers/fish that you need/want.
If a job is posted and you only have time to do part of it, you should make this clear to the hiring farmer.
This seems to be becoming a problem in the group and while we understand that at times you
can be kicked off, you should be asking for a rehire from the farmer that gave you the work, and
not just saying "got booted or some other technical problem" and walking away from the job offer. While we do understand that computers crash and it can take longer than expected to get back
online, once you do, you should be letting the hiring farmer know you didn't leave "on purpose"
and are sorry---do they still need any help? If this happens to you as a hiring farmer please contact
one of the admins and report the offender and what part of the job offer was completed before the helper left. Also, did the helper request a rehire or just start another job?
